Lesson notes

Regular divergence in scalping

Regular divergence shows a move losing strength: bearish when price makes a higher high and the oscillator a lower high; bullish when price makes a lower low and the oscillator a higher low. On lower timeframes it can mark the end of a short move.

The video shows the complete rules with chart examples. The notes below cover the principles the method is built on; test any strategy in a simulator or on demo before using real money.

Make it a rule set

  • Divergence only at a marked support or resistance.
  • Entry after a confirmation candle, not on divergence alone.
  • Stop loss beyond the last swing.
  • Target the nearest level; scalps should not overstay.

The rules work together. Skipping parts of the video makes the complete method hard to follow.

Khulasa (Roman Urdu / Hindi)

  • Regular divergence: move kamzor ho raha hai.
  • Sirf level par divergence, candle confirmation ke baad entry.
  • SL aakhri swing ke peeche, target qareebi level.
  • Poori video dekhein, rules aapas mein jure hain.

Questions

What is a price action scalping strategy?

A method for short trades of minutes, based on levels, candles and structure, often on M1–M15.

Can divergence be used for scalping?

Yes, as a warning at a level, confirmed by a candle. Divergence alone gives too many signals on low timeframes.

Which markets suit this scalping strategy?

Liquid markets such as Gold, major forex pairs and major indices, during active sessions.

What indicator is used for divergence?

RSI is the most common; MACD and Stochastic also work.

How much should I risk when scalping?

The same small fixed percentage as any trade, for example 0.5–1%. Many trades with high risk add up quickly.

Is regular divergence a reversal signal?

It warns of a possible reversal or pullback; price must confirm it.
